20 Oct Dinner Idea: Breadsticks with Alfredo Sauce
Our manufacturing process is not a large extruded production system with machines that pound out millions of pounds of bland “factory” pasta. Our pasta is manufactured in small batches of less than 100 pounds hand mixed, pressed, cut and dried slowly to lock in the natural flavor of our “old world” pasta.
DINNER IDEA: A great side with pasta is bread — but why not switch it up a little? Tonight, prepare some pizza dough and brush with butter. After, spread on a light layer of Pasta Mama’s Alfredo Sauce. Then, sprinkle Parmesan, garlic and basil over the top. Bake in the oven, and voila! The best breadsticks you’ll ever have.
