• Handmade pasta, gourmet pasta, all natural pasta, non gmo pasta, healthy pasta, flavored pappardelle, dried pasta
  • Prepare Italian Tomato Sauce.
  • Sauté 1/2 pound of ground beef, draining off excess fat.
  • Add sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Cook Spinach Pappardelle for 2 1/2 minutes.
  • Drain and toss with a little sauce.
  • Paint a 9″X13″ pan with some sauce and layer the pasta, more sauce, ricotta cheese (16oz container) and 12 oz of mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeating at least 3 times.
  • Top with sauce & shredded Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  • Pair this easy to make dish with rolls and beverage of your choice! May we suggest a nice glass of red Vino!
