Pair Italian Tomato Gourmet Pasta Sauce Mix with one of the many Pasta Mama’s pastas that fits your personal taste! Mix & match…have fun! If you’d like a little of Mama’s guidance, she suggests Pasta Mama’s Plain Pasta, Spinach Pasta, Parmesan-Parsley Pasta, Garlic-Basil Pasta, Cayenne Pepper Pasta, Black Pepper Pasta, or Red Bell Pepper Pasta. You could also add veggies, seafood, meat, poultry, and/or cheese. And this dry mix is an excellent base for soup!

Cooking instructions:

2oz. Sauce Pack: In sauce pan add sauce pack to 2, 15 oz. cans of tomatoes, whisk until mixed evenly. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Spoon or pour over Pasta Mama’s pasta. Garnish with thinly sliced scallions, mushrooms, meat, chicken or seafood if desired. Excellent base for soups!

Sauce Bottle: In sauce pan add 1/2 cup sauce blend to 2, 15 oz. cans of tomatoes, whisk until mixed evenly. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Spoon or pour over Pasta Mama’s pasta. Garnish with thinly sliced scallions, mushrooms, meat, chicken or seafood if desired. Excellent base for soups! *Shake lightly to mix ingredients that have settled.

Pasta Mama’s Caprese Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Prepared personal sized crust
  • 1/2 cup Pasta Mama’s prepared Italian Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • Few sprigs of fresh basil
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
  • A sprinkle of parmesan cheese and Pasta Mama’s Tomato Pesto

Instructions:
1) Bake crust for 5 minutes to get crispy.
2) Layer sauce, cheese, tomato, basil, and parmesan.
3) Bake at 425˚F for 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
