Looking for a dish to warm you up on chilly January nights? Try our Chili in a Bread Bowl recipe:

– Spread olive oil or melted butter on the inside of the bread bowl, then bake until lightly browned and toasted.
– Combine beans, tomatoes, onion, spices and favorite protein (optional) in pot and heat on medium until beans and onions are soft.
– Fill bread bowl with chili and top with cheese, sour cream and cilantro.

To upgrade your pasta dishes, try removing the pasta from boiling about a minute early — transferring the pasta into a pan. Add half a cup of pasta water and sauce, flipping in the pan for a few minutes. This will help evenly coat the dish with delicious flavors.
